体检中心护理风险管理的应用效果探讨

Application Effect of Nursing Risk Management in Physical Examination Center

目的研究和探讨护理风险管理在体检中心的应用效果。方法自2014年该院体检中心开始进行护理风险管理,包括护理规章制度、规范管理、护理质量监控和人才队伍建设等多个方面,通过一系列努力避免护理过程中的危险因素,从根本上提高护理服务质量。针对应用护理风险管理后和应用前发生风险事件几率和护理服务满意程度进行观察和对比研究。结果实施护理风险管理前风险事件发生率较实施管理后明显高,护理服务满意度和护理质量评分明显较低;实施护理风险管理后风险事件发生率逐年降低,护理服务满意度和护理质量评分逐年增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在体检中心实施护理风险管理能够有效避免护理过程中出现风险事件,提高患者对护理服务质量的满意程度。

Objective This paper tries to study and discuss the effect of nursing risk management in the medical center.Methods Since 2014, this hospital physical examination center has began to carry out nursing risk management, including nursing rules and regulations, standardized management, quality control of nursing care and construction of qualified personnel and other aspects. Through a series of efforts, to avoid the risk factors in the nursing process, and to fundamentally improve the nursing service quality. To observe and compare the probability of occurrence of risk events and the satisfaction of nursing services before and after the application of nursing risk management. Results The incidence of risk events before the implementation of nursing risk management was significantly higher than that after the implementation of management,and the scores of nursing service satisfaction and nursing quality were significantly lower. The incidence of risk events decreased year by year after nursing risk management was implemented, and the scores of nursing service satisfaction and nursing quality increased year by year, the difference was significant（P〈0.05.） Conclusion The implementation of nursing risk management in the medical examination center can effectively avoid the risk events in the nursing process and improve the patient satisfaction with the quality of nursing services.
