西药房高危药品管理和用药安全性分析

Analysis of High Risk Drug Management and Drug Safety in Western Pharmacy

目的分析探讨西药房高危药品管理和用药安全性的方法及效果。方法对该西药房2015年1月-2016年12月出现的38起高危药品管理不当事件进行分析,进一步采取有效管理策略,并探讨提高用药安全性的方法。结果 38起高危药品管理不当事件中,药品存放不当14起(36.84%)、药品标志牌内容不全12起(31.58%)、药品管理制度落实不完善12起(31.58%)。结论针对西药房高危药品管理不当事件,需采取有针对性的管理方案,并加强用药的安全性,进一步促进西药房整体管理水平及用药水平的提高。

Objective This paper tries to analyze and discuss the methods and effects of high risk drug administration and medication safety in pharmacy. Methods 38 cases of high-risk drug management irregularities from January 2015 to December 2016 of the Western pharmacy were analyzed, further management strategies and methods to improve drug safety were taken. Results 38 cases of improper management of high-risk drugs, improper drug storage was 14 cases（36.84%）, incomplete drug mark card of 12 case（31.58%）, drug management system implementation imperfect of 12 case（31.58%）.Conclusion For the management of high-risk drugs in western medicine house, the targeted management plan should be adopted, and the safety of medication should be strengthened to further promote the overall management level and medication level of the pharmacy.
