无缝隙流程化管理模式在心脏介入导管室手术患者护理中的应用及对患者康复的影响

Application of Seamless Flow Management Model in Patient Care for Cardiac Interventional Catheter Surgery and Its Impact on Patient Rehabilitation

目的总结心脏介入导管室手术患者护理中无缝隙流程化管理模式的应用情况,以及对患者康复的影响。方法 2015年6-12月实施导管室介入手术治疗患者70例,分别采用不同护理管理方法,并对其实施效果进行评价。结果实施护理管理后,观察组患者的心率、血压以及胃肠道功能恢复、下床活动时间情况与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无缝隙流程化管理模式应用于心脏介入导管室手术中,可提高护理质量。

Objective This paper tries to summarize the application of seamless flow management in patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and its impact on rehabilitation. Methods A total of 70 patients from December to June 2015 undergoing catheterization interventional therapy were enrolled in this study. Different nursing management methods were used and their effects were evaluated. Results After nursing management, heart rate, blood pressure and gastrointestinal function recovery in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The seamless flow management approach is used in cardiac interventional catheterization procedures to improve the quality of care.
