链式流程护理管理应用于急诊严重创伤患者中的临床效果观察

Application of Chain Flow Nursing Management in Emergency Patients with Severe Trauma

目的探讨链式流程护理管理对急诊严重创伤患者的应用价值。方法抽取该院2014年2月-2016年2月间收治的150例严重创伤患者为研究对象,根据护理管理方式分为对照组和观察组。分别采用常规管理和链式流程护理管理,比较两组急诊效果。结果对照组抢救总有效率为率80.0%,观察组抢救总有效率为96.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);比较两组生命体征判断和抢救时间,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予急诊严重创伤患者链式流程护理管理,可明显提高抢救成功率,缩短判定时间和抢救时间,值得推广应用。

Objective This paper tries to explore the application value of chain process nursing management for patients with severe acute trauma. Methods 150 patients with severe trauma received from this hospital between February 2014 and February 2016 were selected as subjects, and according to different the nursing management methods, they were divided into control group and observation group. Routine management and chain process nursing management were used respectively,and the emergency effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate was 80.0% in the control group and 96.0% in the observation group. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Comparing two groups of vital signs and rescue time, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The management of chain process nursing for patients with severe trauma can obviously improve the success rate of rescue, shorten the judgment time and save time,and it is worth promotion and application.
