摘要
该研究以DRGs绩效评价指标为切入点,结合专科医院实际情况,分别从DRGs组数、病例组合指数(Case-mix Index,简称CMI)、时间消耗指数、费用消耗指数、低风险组死亡率等指标来探讨DRGs绩效评价应用中可能存在的问题,并提出具有针对性的合理化建议。
The paper takes the DRGs performance evaluation indicators as the breakthrough points, and studies the existing problems of DRGs in the evaluation and application from the DRGs group number, CMI, time consumption index, cost consumption index and morbidity in the low-risk group and puts forwards the targeted rational suggestions.
