精细化管理在妇科病房护理安全管理中的有效应用

Effective Application of Refined Management in the Nursing Safety Manage-ment in the Ward in the Department of Gynecology

目的探讨精细化管理在妇科病房护理安全管理中的有效应用。方法选择某医院2015年11月—2017年12月收治的妇科患者160例作为研究对象,分为均等两组。对照组患者的护理管理方法为非精细化管理方法,观察组患者实施精细化管理方法。结果观察组患者的护理不良事故各指标的发生率都明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精细化管理用于妇科病房护理安全管理,能较好地降低护理不良事故的发生率,提高患者的护理满意度。

Objective To study the effective application of refined management in the nursing safety management in the ward in the department of gynecology. Methods 160 cases of gynecology patients admitted and treated in our hospital from Norember 2015 to Norember 2017 were selected and divided into two groups with 80 cases in each, the control group used the non-refined management method, while the observation group used the refined management method. Results The incidence rate of nursing adverse events in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, and the nuring satisfactory degree in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of refined management in the nursing safety management in the gynecological ward can better reduce the incidence rate of nursing adverse events and improve the nursing satisfactory rate of patients.
