精细化流程管理在手术室医院感染控制中的效果分析

Analysis of Effect of Refined Process Management in the Hospital Infection Control in the Operating Room

目的探讨精细化流程管理在手术室管理控制中的应用效果。方法选取该院消毒剂、手术室无菌物品、手术室室内空气以及医护人员手、物体表面等采样结果作为研究资料。其中2012年6月—2014年5月期间执行常规医院感染控制措施,此间采样结果为对照组,2014年6月—2016年5月实施精细化流程管理之后的采样结果为观察组,比较上述各手术室重点检查对象的采样合格率。结果实施精细化流程管理后,消毒剂、手术室无菌物品、手术室室内空气以及医护人员手、物体表面等采样结果合格率明显高于实施精细化流程管理前的监测结果合格率,前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精细化流程管理在手术感染工作的控制、开展中可以有效改善手术室感染工作的建设情况,保证手术室感染管理相关工作的顺利进行,提高手术室感染管理工作的应用效果,对于手术室感染管理工作的开展发展具有重要的临床应用价值。

Objective To study the application effect of refined process management in the hospital infection control in the operating room. Methods The sampling results of disinfectants, aseptic supplies in the operating room, room air in the operating room and hand and object surface of medical staff were selected as the research data, and the routine hospital infection control measures were conducted from June 2012 to May 2014, and the sampling results were used as the control group, and the sampling results after the refined process management from June 2014 to May 2016 were selected as the observation group, and the sampling qualified rate of key examination objects in various operating rooms were compared.Results After the implementation of refined process management, the qualified rate of sampling results including the disinfectants, aseptic supplies in the operating room, room air in the operating room and hand and object surface of medical staff was obviously higher than that before the implementation, and the differences were obvious（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The refined process management can effectively improve the construction of infection work in the operating room, ensure the successful operation of infectious management related work in the operating room, and improve the application effect of infectious management work in the operating room, which is of important clinical application value to the development of infection management work in the operating room.
