岗位量化考核在护理管理中的建立及实施效果

Establishment and Implementation Effect of Post Quantitative Evaluation in the Nursing Management

目的探讨实施岗位量化考核管理制度的效果,总结并分析其应用于护理管理的应用价值和意义。方法选取该院于2017年1—12月各科室60名护理人员作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组护理人员接受常规护理,观察组则实施岗位量化考核管理制度,比较两组护理人员对管理方案的满意程度,比较护理后两组护理人员的护理综合能力,比较两组护理人员护理失误和风险事件发生率。结果观察组总满意率和护理综合能力明显高于对照组,而护理不良事件发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将岗位量化考核管理制度应用临床护理工作中效果更为理想,能够明显提高护理人员的综合能力,降低失误和护理风险事件发生率,而且护理人员对管理方案的满意度和心理接受度也较高,临床应用推广价值高。

Objective To study the effect of post quantitative evaluation in the nursing management and analyze and summarize the application value and significance of it in the nursing management. Methods 60 cases of nursing staff in our hospital from January to Derenber 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group used the routine nursing, while the observation group used the post quantitative examination and management system, and the satisfied degree to the management plan, comprehensive nursing abilities, nursing errors and incidence rate of risk events were compared between the two groups. Results The total satisfactory degree and nursing comprehensive abilities in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group, and Incidence of adverse events in nursing lower than those in the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application effect of post quantitative evaluation and management system in the clinical nursing work is more ideal,obviously improve the comprehensive abilities of nursing staff, reduce the incidence rates of errors and nursing risk events,with higher satisfactory degree of nursing staff to the management plan and psychological acceptance and clinical promotion and application value.
