摘要
目的分析护士分级管理模式的应用对提高护理管理质量的作用和意义。方法从2015年12月—2016年12月在该院普外科实行护士分级管理制度,与实行分级管理制度之前进行对比,通过护理质量和护理中不良事件的发生情况,探究分级管理模式对提高护理管理质量的作用。结果实行护士分级管理模式之后在病房管理、基础护理和患者满意度等方面的评分都显著高于实行护士分级管理模式之前,同时护理差错、护理纠纷和护理不良的患者数量,均低于实行护士分级管理模式之前,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护士分级管理模式能够提高护士的工作效率,提升护理质量,改善护理工作中出现的护理不良事件,对提高护理管理质量能发挥巨大的作用,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective To analyze the effect and significance of nurse classification management model on improving the nursing management quality. Methods The nurse classification management system was implemented in the department of general surgery in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2016, and compared with that before the implementation of classification management system, and the effect of nurse classification management model on improving the nursing management quality was studied by the occurrence of nursing quality and nursing adverse events. Results After the implementation of nurse classification management model, the scores of ward management, basic nursing and satisfactory degree of patients were obviously higher than those before the implantation of nurse classification, at the same time, the nursing errors, nursing disputes and number of nursing adverse patients were lower than those before the implementation of nurse classification management model, and the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The nurse classification management model can improve the work efficacy of nurses, improve the nursing quality, and improve the nursing adverse events in the nursing work, and it is of great significance to improving the nursing management quality, and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
