2014年南宁市青秀区登革热流行特征分析

Analysis of Dengue Fever Epidemiologic Features in Qingxiu District in Nanning in 2014

目的通过对2014年南宁市青秀登革热暴发疫情流行特征分析,为今后登革热疫情防控工作提供科学依据。方法收集2014年青秀区登革热病例个案调查表、实验室检验结果资料,采用描述性流行病学方法对疫情时间分布、地区分布、人群分布、临床表现等进行分析。结果 2014年青秀区累计报告登革热82例,累计发病率为11.26/10万,其中临床病例16例,确诊病例66例,全年发病高峰为9~10月份(占89.02%);病例全部分布在市区,男女性别比1.05:1,发病年龄以20~59岁年龄段为主,共70例,占85.36%。职业分布以家务、干部职员、商业服务及其它行业为主,共57例,占69.51%。结论该次登革热疫情为输入性病例引起的该地病例暴发流行,通过政府主导,多部门联防联控,及时诊断、隔离、治疗、灭蚊防蚊、爱国卫生运动、健康教育等防控措施,疫情得到有效控制。

Objective To analyze the dengue fever epidemiologic features in Qingxiu District in Nanning in 2014 thus providing scientific basis for future prevention and control work of dengue fever. Methods The case survey and laboratory test results of dengue fever in Qingxiu District in 2014 were collected, and the epidemiologic distribution time, regional distribution, population distribution and clinical manifestations were analyzed by the descriptive epidemiological method. Results82 cases with dengue fever in Qingxiu District was reported in 2014, and the onset rate was 112.6/100 thousand, including16 clinical cases, and 66 cases were confirmed, and the onset peak in the whole year was 9 to 10 months, accounting for89.02%, and all cases were distributed in the urban district, and the ratio of male and female was 1.05：1, and the onset age was mainly 20 to 59 years old, and there were 70 cases in total, accounting for 85.36%, and the occupational distribution were mainly household, cadre staff, business service and other industries, 57 cases in total, accounting for 69.51%. Conclusion The dengue fever epidemiologic situation is the outbreaks of local cases caused by the imported cases, and we should use the prevention measures such as timely diagnosis, isolation, treatment, mosquito-killing and prevention, patriotic public health campaign, and health education guided by the government to effectively control the epidemiologic situation.
