Therefore, the medical care is an innovation job promoted by the government as a product of new times, and it has been deepened into the medical care sign-up service on the basis of the work to use the promotion of sign-up service of general doctors as the gripper thus making the new models of home provision and community provision be effectively promoted, therefore, it is of great significance to promote the medical care combined with sign-up services in the grass-roots level.
