风险管理在妇产科护理管理中的应用

Application of Risk Management in the Nursing Management in the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics

目的分析妇产科护理管理中风险管理的应用效果。方法病例选取2015年7月—2016年8月该院收治的88例妇产科患者,按照管理方法不同分为对照组(44例常规护理)与观察组(44例风险管理),对比分析不同护理管理模式应用效果。结果观察组的感染、意外跌倒、用药错误风险发生率、护理满意率以及风险防范意识、管理工作、健康教育、工作态度评分与对照组相比,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加强妇产科风险管理,可减少护理意外发生,提高护理工作满意度,保证患者的生命健康,可广泛应用到临床中。

Objective To analyze the application effect of risk management in the nursing management in the department of gynecology and obstetrics. Methods 88 cases of patients in the department of gynecology and obstetrics in our hospital from July 2015 to Augast 2016 were selected and divided into two groups with 44 cases in each according to different management methods, including the control group and the observation group, and the application effect of different nursing management models was compared and analyzed. Results The differences in the infection, accidental falling, incidence rate of medication mistake risks, nursing satisfactory rate, risk prevention awareness, management work, health education, work attitude score between the two groups were obvious（P0.05）. Conclusion Enhancing the risk management in the department of gynecology and obstetrics can reduce the occurrence of nursing accidents, improve the satisfactory degree to the nursing work, and ensure the life health of patients, which can be widely used in clinic.
