摘要
目的主要探索护士分层级管理模式应用于提高护理管理质量中的效果。方法该院于2013年开展护士分层级管理模式,其主要结构为科室护士长到组长、高级责任护士一直到初级责任护士。根据护士不同层级来明确自身职责,同时对护士进行分层次培训预考核,在排班模式、工作权限及待遇方面均给予分层级管理用于区别。此后将该院实施护士分层级管理模式之前与实施之后的护理管理质量进行相关对比。结果护士分级管理模式对提高护理管理质量具有良好的效果。护士对患者病情的掌握程度及护理工作质量与实施前相比有了明显的提高,护士的价值意识和工作满意度相对也得到一定提升(P<0.05)。结论通过护士实行分级管理模式,可有效提高护理质量,为患者提供满意的护理服务。
Objective To mainly explore the effect of stratified management model of nurses on the improvement of nursing management quality. Methods The stratified management model of nurses was conducted in our hospital in 2013, and the major structure was from the head nurses in our department to the leader of the group, the senior primary nurse to the junior primary nurse, and the nurse were for stratified training and examination, and there were differences in the shift arrangement model, work authority and salary, and the nursing management quality was compared before and after the implementation of stratified management model of nurses. Results The effect of stratified management model of nurses on the improvement of nursing management quality was good, and the mastery degree and nursing working quality were obviously improved compared with those before the implementation, and the value awareness and work satisfactory degree of nurses had a certain improvement(P 0.05). Conclusion The stratified management model of nurses can effectively improve the nursing quality and provide the satisfactory nursing services for patients.
