摘要
目的对养老机构老年护理管理的现状进行分析,探讨提高护理管理的建议。方法采取问卷调查的方式在该养老机构中随机抽取40家进行调查,针对养老机构老年人、养老机构护理工作人员以及养老机构负责人发放调查问卷,对不同人群的调查结果进行汇总分析。结果养老机构负责人的年龄较大,其对老年护理管理没有清晰的思维或模式;护士人员数量较少,薪资水平较低,对老年人的护理实施效果较差;老年人对护理的满意度也较低。结论养老机构需要进一步提高护理管理工作的力度,提高护理质量,促进老年护理工作的有效性。
Objective To analyze the status of senile nursing management in the old-age care institutions and study the improvement suggestions of nursing management. Methods 40 old-age care institutions in our city were selected for survey,and the questionnaires were issued to the senile people, nursing staff and responsible persons in the old-age care institutions, and the survey results of different groups were summarized and analyzed. Results The age of responsible persons in the old-age care institutions was older, having no clear thought and model of the senile nursing management, and the nurses were fewer, and the salary level was low, and the implementation effect of senile nursing was worse, and the satisfactory degree of senile people to nursing was lower. Conclusion The old-age care institutions need to further improve the nursing management work, improve the nursing quality and promote the effectiveness of senile nursing work.
