神经外科疾病具有病情复杂、发病快、病情变化迅速等主要特征,与此同时,患有该类疾病的患者还可能伴随认知障碍以及感觉障碍等问题,所以,神经外科的护理工作任务量较大,护理人员所要承担的责任也相对较大。在这种情况下,护理人员由于长期承受繁重的护理工作压力,有时难免会对护理工作产生懈怠心理,引发护理工作上的各种缺陷问题。另一方面,患者及家属由于疾病困扰而使其生活、精神及生活方面都产生很大的影响,心情焦躁,对护理人员工作不配合,这样也会间接导致护理缺陷问题的产生。此次就专门对当前我国医院神经外科护理缺陷的产生原因以及对应的安全管理措施展开了一系列的探讨,希望能够有效促进神经外科护理工作质量与效率的提高,为疾病临床治疗及预后提供更多有利的条件。
