护士分层级管理模式对提高产科护理质量的作用分析

Analysis of Effect of Stratified Management Model of Nurses on Improvement of Nursing Quality in the Department of Obstetrics

目的研究在提高产科护理质量中应用护士分层级管理模式管理的应用价值与效果。方法该次实验涉及的样本资料选取2015年10月—2017年10月期间纳入收治的100名产科产妇,参考不同管理方式予以组别的划分,参照组(n=50)应用常规管理,实验组(n=50)应用分层级管理模式,观察验证实验组与参照组产科产妇对护理的满意度、基础护理、优质护理、病房管理、生活质量等水平。结果数据统计验证,实验组产科产妇基础护理、优质护理、病房管理、生活质量与参照组对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将护士分层级管理模式应用在产科护理中价值显著,可提升护理质量。

Objective To research the application value and effect of stratified management model of nurses on improvement of nursing quality in the department of obstetrics. Methods 100 cases of delivery women in our hospital from October2015 to October 2017 were selected and divided into two groups with 50 cases in each, the control group used the routine management, and the experimental group used the stratified management model, and the nursing satisfactory degree, basic nursing, excellent nursing, ward management and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The data showed the differences in the basic nursing, excellent nursing, ward management and quality of life between the two groups were statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion The application value of stratified management model of nurses on improvement of nursing quality in the department of obstetrics is obvious, which can improve the nursing quality.
