精细化管理在骨外科手术患者安全管理中的应用价值分析

Analysis of Application Value of Refined Management in the Safety Management in the Operative Patients in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery

目的研究骨外科手术患者安全管理中应用精细化管理的价值。方法将该院2014年3月—2015年3月收治的骨外科手术患者120例根据随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组60例,研究组患者护理人员实施精细化护理安全管理,对照组患者工作人员实施常规护理安全管理,以患者预后出院为标准,对患者住院期间两组患者的护理满意度、整体护理合格率进行对比。结果研究组患者护理满意度相比对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组护士整体护理质量合格率均高于对照组合格率。组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精细化管理在骨外科手术患者安全管理中能够提高护士的护理质量,效果优于常规管理,患者以及家属反响普遍良好,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To research the value of refined management in the safety management in the operative patients in the department of orthopedic surgery. Methods 120 cases of operative patients with orthopedic surgery admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 60 cases in each,the research group used the refined nursing safety management, the control group used the routine nursing safety management, and the nursing satisfactory degree, and holistic nursing qualified rate were compared between the two groups according to the prognosis. Results The difference in the nursing satisfactory degree between the two groups was obvious（P0.05）,and the qualified rate of holistic nursing quality in the research group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion The application of refined management in the safety management of patients with orthopedic surgery can improve the nursing quality, and the effect is better than that of routine management,which is well recognized by patients and their family, and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
