摘要
目的探讨深化公立医院人力资源管理的具体方法以期促进医院的长期发展。方法从分析医院人力资源管理的内涵和现状问题出发,探寻深化公立医院人力资源管理的方法。结果针对性地改革医院的人力资源管理方式,是医院快速发展的必由之路。结论树立正确的人力资源管理思想,积极改革绩效考核制度和薪酬制度,吸纳留住人才,提高当前医院人力资源管理效率。
Objective To study the specific method of deepening the human resource management in the public hospital in order to promote the long-term development of the hospital. Methods The methods of deepening the human resources management in the public hospital were studied starting from the analysis of connation and status of hospital human resource management. Results The targeted reform of hospital human resource management method is the only way to the rapid development of the hospital. Conclusion We should establish the accurate human resource management idea, positively reform the performance examination system and salary system, retain the talents, and improve the current hospital human resource management efficacy.
