用人单位的职业卫生管理档案需要根据真实的记录和信息,更好的参考,对其他行业进行规范;职业卫生管理档案应收集好如下资料:用人单位的职业病防治管理机构和人员职责、职业病危害因素定期检测技术服务合同等;职业卫生管理档案一般每年归档一次,可以在每年的年末进行,将收集到的用人单位职业卫生技术服务委托书、职业病危害因素检测与评价现场勘察记录表等资料整理成册;用人单位特别重视相关信息,专门设立职业病防治管理机构、有专人负责是搞好建档工作的根本保证。
