国际环流人才在我国应用现状及分析及建议——以留学中介为例

摘要 随着经济全球化的日益发展,世界各国之间联系日益密切,跨国工作的可能性日益提高,国际环流人才也应时而生。作为新型人才,他们身处行业领域中的较高层次,对工作的选择能力更大,因此在企业与企业、国家与国家之间选择工作并进行流动较为便捷。而面对这样一个稳定性较低但效用巨大的群体,我国企业对其的应用如何,事发充分发挥了其独有的特征,又如何防止国际环流人才的流失,让企业成为国际环流人才的"终点站"?本文通过数据分析和对企业、个人进行访谈的方式进行研究,得出相应情况并提出了相应的意见与建议。
