浅析在中国情境下企业导师指导行为与员工创新行为关系——结合心理安全视角

摘要 为了更好地了解在中国情境下,导师指导行为与员工创新行为的关系,本研究试图从心理安全的视角进行解释与分析。本文通过文献梳理,提出如下三个假设:徒弟接受的导师指导行为与其创新行为正相关;心理安全在接受的导师指导行为与徒弟创新之间起中介作用;权力距离起调节作用。
