血清25羟维生素D水平与血糖控制效果在2型糖尿病中的关系研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的研究2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清中25-羟维生素D[25(OH)D]水平与血糖控制水平的关系。方法回顾性分析300例在该院住院的T2DM患者的临床资料,根据患者糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平分为血糖控制良好组(<6.5%)、血糖控制尚可组(6.5%~7.5%)和血糖控制差组(>7.5%)。另选取在该院体检并经口服糖耐量试验(OGTT)证实为正常糖耐量(NGT)的个体44例作为正常对照组。比较各组25(OH)D水平并分析HbA1c和25(OH)D的相关性。结果血糖控制差组的25(OH)D水平显著低于血糖控制良好组和正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血糖控制尚可组和血糖控制良好组25(OH)D水平均显著低于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);HbA1c与25(OH)D水平呈负相关(r=-0.212,P=0.000)。结论血清25(OH)D水平与T2DM发展有关,适当补充维生素D可作为T2DM的辅助治疗之一。 Objective To investigate the relationship of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D [25(OH)D]level and blood glucose control in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods The clinical data of 300 patients with T2DM in the hospital were analyzed retrospectively.According to the level of glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c),the patients were divided into the good control of blood glucose group(6.5%),the medium control of blood glucose group(6.5%-7.5%)and the poor control of blood glucose group(7.5%).Another44 healthy individuals with normal glucose tolerance(NGT)confirmed by oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT)were selected as normal control group.The level of 25(OH)D in each group was compared,and the correlation between HbA1c and 25(OH)D was analyzed.Results The level of serum 25(OH)D in the poor control of blood glucose group was significantly lower than that in the good control of blood glucose group and the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05);the levels of serum 25(OH)D in the the medium and good control of blood glucose groups were significantly lower than that in the control group(P〈0.05).HbA1c was negatively correlated with 25(OH)D level(r=-0.212,P=0.000).Conclusion The level of serum 25(OH)D is related to the development of T2DM.Proper vitamin D supplementation can be used as an adjuvant therapy for T2DM.
