减二线馏分油生产橡胶增塑剂A0709的工艺研究

PRODUCTION PROCESS OF RUBBER PLASTICIZER A0709 FROM 2nd VACUUM DISTILLATES

以环烷基SZ36-1减二线馏分油为原料,通过加氢脱酸-溶剂精制-白土精制组合工艺制备橡胶增塑剂A0709,并对工艺条件进行优化研究。结果表明:SZ36-1减二线馏分油通过该组合工艺制备橡胶增塑剂A0709时,产品收率达到74.1%,芳碳率(C_A值)达11.2%,满足GB/T 33322—2016《橡胶增塑剂芳香基矿物油》各项指标要求。

The rubber plasticizer A0709 derived from 2 nd vacuum distillates of naphthenic base SZ36-1 crude was prepared through hydrogenation deacidification-solvent refining-clay refining combined process,and the process conditions was optimized.The results showed that,2 nd vacuum distillates of SZ36-1 crude could be used to produce rubber plasticizer A0709,which could reach the standard of GB/T33322—2016.Under the optimized process conditions,the product yield could reach up to 74.1% with the aromatic carbon fraction of 11.2%.
