家庭养老模式下的住宅套型可变性分析

Analysis on the variability of housing pattern under the family pension model

我国人口老龄化发展以及养老模式的改变,对住宅的设计与建设提出了新的要求,已有传统住宅套型逐渐难以充分满足居住者的需求.针对这一现状,通过对住宅套型的可变性分析,以SI体系为设计基础,结合住宅适老化通用设计方法,将老龄化对居住的实际需求与SI住宅体系的改造方法相结合,总结家庭养老模式下住宅套型实现可变性的关键设计方法,从空间变化及主要户内空间的设计入手,提出设计建议,以达到实现家庭养老的目标.

With the development of population aging and the change of pension mode,new requirements for housing design and construction have been put forward.It is difficult to meet the needs of the residents in the traditional housing pattern.In view of this situation with the general design method of residential adaptive technology,this paper,based on the SI system and analysis of the actual demand of aging with the reform method of the SI residential system,summarizes the key design methods of realizing the variability of dwelling house type under the mode of family recuperation.Starting with the change of space and the design of the main indoor space,it puts forward the design proposal to achieve the goal of family recuperation.
