摘要 对既有建筑的生态节能适宜性改造有助于实现良好的生态功能以应对日益严苛的生态环境和环保要求.既有建筑改造是对当前建筑的整体改造施工,从其基本结构和相关功能入手综合提升既有建筑的生态适宜性和功能性,在目前的建筑施工中具有良好的应用.通过分析既有建筑的资源条件和能源供需情况,提出较为可行且经济实惠、可靠、低耗的建筑节能改造适宜技术方案,对建筑行业的节能施工与改造提供一定的参考和借鉴. The ecological transformation of existing buildings is conducive to the realization of good ecological functions to cope with the increasingly stringent ecological environment and environmental requirements.The existing building renovation is the overall reconstruction of the building.It has been well applied in architecture construction to enhance the ecological suitability and functionality of existing buildings,starting with the basic structure and related functions.This paper,from the relevant literature and research data,through the analysis of existing building resources and energy supply-demand situation,puts forward a feasible,economical and reliable energy-saving solution to building renovation.It serves as reference for energy-saving construction and renovation of the construction industry.
