基于LSDYNA对安全带系统优化的研究

摘要 为了降低车辆正面碰撞中副驾驶员胸部伤害情况,该文通过建立LSDYNA有限元仿真模型,分析了正面碰撞中胸部得分提高方法,分别对安全带限力等级、安全带安装点位置、安全带点火时刻及安全带预紧特性等因素进行优化分析,使胸部的伤害值得到了明显改善,达到了性能开发的要求,为安全带系统优化提供了优化方向。
