胸腺肽α_1注射剂联合恩替卡韦分散片治疗肝硬化肝功能代偿期效果观察

Effect observation of thymosin alpha 1 injection combined with entecavir dispersible tablets in the treatment of liver function compensatory phase of liver cirrhosis

目的:探讨胸腺肽α_1注射剂联合恩替卡韦分散片治疗肝硬化肝功能代偿期的临床效果。方法:收治肝硬化肝功能代偿期患者100例,随机分为两组。对照组给予恩替卡韦分散片治疗,研究组给予胸腺肽α_1注射剂联合恩替卡韦分散片治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后ALT、ALB及TBIL低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组HBV-DNA、HBeAg转阴率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胸腺肽α_1注射剂联合恩替卡韦分散片治疗肝硬化肝功能代偿期的临床效果较好。

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of thymosin alpha1 injection combined with entecavir dispersible tablets in the treatment of liver function compensatory phase of liver cirrhosis.Methods：100 cases of patients with liver function compensatory phase of liver cirrhosis were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with entecavir dispersible tablets,and the research group was treated with thymosin alpha1 injection combined with entecavir dispersible tablets.The treatment effect between groups was compared.Results：The total effective rate of the research group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The ALT,ALB and TBIL in the research group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The negative rate of HBV-DNA and HBe Ag in the research group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Thymosin alpha1 injection combined with entecavir dispersible tablets in the treatment of liver function compensatory phase of liver cirrhosis had better clinical effect.
