负压封闭引流技术在骨科临床中的应用

Application of negative pressure closed drainage in department of orthopedics

目的:探讨负压封闭引流技术在骨科临床中的应用效果。方法:收治骨科患者100例,采用负压引流技术治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:治疗7~14 d后,85例患者病情基本得到控制,另外15例压疮病情经过3次负压封闭引流技术后,病情得到大幅度好转。结论:负压封闭引流技术在骨科临床中的应用效果较好。

Objective：To explore the application effect of negative pressure closed drainage in department of orthopedics.Methods：100 patients in the department of orthopedics were selected.They were treated with negative pressure drainage.We observed the effect of the treatment.Results：After 7 to 14 days of treatment,85 patients were basically controlled,and the other 15 cases of pressure were greatly improved after three times of negative pressure closed drainage technology.Conclusion：The application effect of negative pressure closed drainage in department of orthopedics was good.
