产后出血的预防与急救探讨

Exploration of prevention and emergency treatment postpartum hemorrhage

目的:探讨产后出血的预防与急救措施,以提高产后出血临床救治水平。方法:收治住院分娩孕产妇156例,在妊娠期、分娩期及产褥期对孕产妇及其家属进行产后出血预防与识别知识宣教,及时采取相应的急救处理措施。结果:5例发生产后出血。胎盘因素所致2例,软产道损伤所致2例,子宫收缩乏力所致1例。经过积极急救处理后产妇均成功止血并康复出院。结论:加强产后出血的预防与急救处理是降低产后出血率、改善分娩结局的关键。

Objective：To explore the prevention and emergency treatment measures of postpartum hemorrhage in order to improve the clinical treatment level of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods：156 cases of pregnant women in hospital were admitted.During pregnancy,childbirth and puerperium,postpartum hemorrhage prevention and identification knowledge was released to pregnant women and their families,and corresponding emergency treatment measures were taken in time.Results：5 cases had postpartum hemorrhage.2 cases were caused by placental factors,2 cases were caused by soft birth canal injury,and 1 case were caused by uterine atony.After active first aid treatment,the puerperants were successfully hemostat and recovered from the hospital.Conclusion：Strengthening the prevention and emergency treatment of postpartum hemorrhage was the key to reduce the rate of postpartum hemorrhage and improve the outcome of delivery.
