硒酵母联合左旋甲状腺素治疗淋巴细胞性甲状腺炎临床研究

Clinical study of selenium yeast combined with levothyroxine in the treatment of lymphocytic thyroiditis

目的:探讨硒酵母联合左旋甲状腺素治疗淋巴细胞性甲状腺炎的临床效果。方法:收治淋巴细胞性甲状腺炎患者90例,分为对照组和试验组。对照组采用左旋甲状腺素治疗,试验组采用硒酵母联合左旋甲状腺素治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗总有效率、治疗后外周血T淋巴细胞亚群、TGAb和TPOAb水平均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:硒酵母联和左旋甲状腺素治疗淋巴细胞性甲状腺炎的效果显著。

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of selenium yeast combined with levothyroxine in the treatment of lymphocytic thyroiditis.Methods：90 patients with lymphocytic thyroiditis were selected and they were divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group was treated with levothyroxine,and the experimental group was treated with selenium yeast combined with levothyroxine.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results：In the experimental group,the total effective rate of treatment,the peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets,TGAb and TPOAb levels after treatment were significantly better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical effect of selenium yeast combined with levothyroxine in the treatment of lymphocytic thyroiditis was significant.
