恶性心律失常院前急救治疗及疗效评析

Treatment and curative effect of pre hospital first aid for malignant arrhythmia

目的:探讨恶性心律失常患者实施院前急救治疗的效果。方法:收治院前救治恶性心律失常患者200例,分成对照组和研究组。对照组采用常规急救治疗,研究组采用积极的院前急救治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:院前急救治疗恶性心律失常具有显著的效果,能有效避免发生不良反应。

Objective：To explore the effect of pre hospital emergency treatment for patients with malignant arrhythmia.Methods：200 patients with malignant arrhythmia were selected.They were divided into the control group and the study group.The control group was treated with routine first aid,and the study group was treated with positive pre hospital first aid.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results：In the study group,the effective rate of clinical treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Pre hospital emergency treatment for malignant arrhythmia had significant effect,and it can effectively avoid adverse reactions.
