封闭负压引流技术治疗复杂创面的疗效分析

Analysis of the efficacy of closed negative pressure drainage in the treatment of complicated wounds

目的:探讨封闭负压引流技术治疗复杂创面的疗效。方法:收治复杂创面患者60例,随机平分为两组。对照组给予常规换药治疗,观察组给予封闭负压引流,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后创面面积、住院时间、换药次数均少于对照组。观察组治疗总有效率显著优于对照组,并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于复杂创面的患者,采取封闭负压引流联合植皮术治疗,可以促进创面的恢复,缩短住院时间,疗效显著,且并发症少。

Objective：To investigate the effect of closed negative pressure drainage in the treatment of complicated wounds.Methods：60 patients with complicated wounds were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group was given conventional replacement therapy,and the observation group was given closed negative pressure drainage.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results：The area of wound surface,the time of hospitalization and the times of change of medicine were less than those in the control group.The effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group;the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：For patients with complex wounds,closed negative pressure drainage combined with skin grafting can promote wound healing and shorten hospitalization time,with notable curative effect and fewer complications.
