盐酸米诺环素辅助牙周炎基础治疗对牙周炎患者临床疗效的影响

Effect of basic treatment of periodontitis assisted by minocycline hydrochloride on clinical efficacy of patients with periodontitis

目的:探讨盐酸米诺环素辅助牙周炎基础治疗对牙周炎患者的临床疗效。方法:收治牙周炎患者84例,分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用基础治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加盐酸米诺环素。结果:观察组总有效率和相关临床指标改善程度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:盐酸米诺环素辅助牙周炎基础治疗临床疗效显著,可抑制牙龈细菌,且不良反应少。

Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of basic treatment of periodontitis assisted by minocycline hydrochloride for patients with periodontitis.Methods：84 patients with periodontitis were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with basic treatment,and the observation group added with minocycline hydrochloride on the basis of the control group.Results：The total effective rate of the observation group and the improvement of the related clinical indexes were significantly better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical efficacy of basic treatment of periodontitis assisted by minocycline hydrochloride for patients with periodontitis was significant.It inhibited gingival bacteriostasis and had few adverse reactions.
