右美托咪定对宫颈癌切除术全麻苏醒期躁动的影响

The effect of dexmedetomidin on the restlessness during the awakening period of general anesthesia for cervical cancer

目的:研究右美托咪定对宫颈癌切除术全麻苏醒期躁动的影响。方法:收治实施宫颈癌切除术患者66例,分两组。所有患者均静脉注射丙泊酚、芬太尼以及苯磺酸阿曲库铵常规麻醉诱导插管,术中七氟醚吸入、静脉泵注苯磺酸阿曲库铵与瑞芬太尼维持。对照组在进行气管插管后静脉输注氯化钠注射液,而观察组则于气管插管后输注右美托咪定,对比两组患者在麻醉苏醒期的躁动情况。结果:两组患者的躁动分级情况比较,观察组0级多于对照组,观察组躁动分级比对照组更佳,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:右美托咪定运用于宫颈癌切除术中可有效控制患者苏醒期的躁动发生率。

Objective：To study the effect of dexmedetomidin on the restlessness during the awakening period of general anesthesia for cervical cancer.Methods：66 cases of cervical cancer resection were selected.They were divided into the two groups.All patients were intravenously injected with propofol,fentanyl and atracurium besylate to induce intubation under routine anaesthesia.Sevoflurane inhalation,intravenous infusion of atracurium besylate and remifentanil were maintained during operation.The control group received intravenous infusion of sodium chloride injection（0.9%）after endotracheal intubation,while the observation group received intravenous infusion of dexmedetomidin after tracheal intubation.We compared the agitation in the anesthesia recovery period between groups.Results：The agitation classification of the two groups was compared,and the 0 level in the observation group was more than the control group.The score of agitation in the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Dexmedetomidine can effectively control the incidence of restlessness during the recovery period of patients with cervical cancer.
