背带式缝合术治疗剖宫产术中产后出血的临床效果观察

Observation on the clinical effect of brace suture in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in caesarean section

目的:观察背带式缝合术治疗剖宫产术中产后出血状况的临床效果。方法:收治剖宫产产后出血患者20例,分两组,A组患者采用子宫腔纱条填塞术以及子宫动脉结扎术,B组患者采用背带式缝合治疗术。观察两组剖宫产产后出血的情况及相关指标。结果:B组临床疗效优于A组;B组手术中出血量和手术时间都比A组少;B组手术后感染产褥病概率和子宫切除概率都比A组小,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在患者接受剖宫产手术后若出现产后出血状况使用背带式缝合治疗的效果更好。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of brace suture in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in caesarean section.Methods：20 patients with postpartum hemorrhage in caesarean section were selected.They were divided into the two groups.The patients in the group A were treated with uterine cavity gauze packing and uterine artery ligation,while patients in the group B were treated with brace suture.We observed the situation and related indexes of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section in the two groups of patients.Results：The clinical efficacy of the group B was better than the group A.The bleeding and operation time of the group B were shorter than that of the group A.The probability of puerperal disease and the probability of hysterectomy in the group B were smaller than that of the group A after operation. The differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of brace suture for postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section is better.
