左旋甲状腺素片治疗妊娠合并甲状腺功能减退效果评价

Evaluation of the effect of levothyroxine tablets in the treatment of pregnancy combined with hypothyroidism

目的:探讨左旋甲状腺素片治疗妊娠合并甲状腺功能减退的疗效。方法:收治分娩妊娠合并甲状腺功能减退患者80例,分两组。对照组使用常规治疗,研究组在此基础上加用左旋甲状腺素片治疗,比较两组临床效果以及剖宫产和新生儿低质量发生率。结果:研究组总有效率93.33%,明显高于对照组的74.29%。研究组剖宫产率和新生儿低质量发生率明显低于对照组,两组之间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在治疗妊娠合并甲状腺功能减退时,在常规饮食干预的基础上加用左旋甲状腺素片治疗具有更高的治疗效果,且可降低剖宫产和新生儿低质量发生率。

Objective：To sum up and summarize the effect of levothyroxine tablets in the treatment of pregnancy with hypothyroidism.Methods：80 cases of parturition pregnancy combined with hypothyroidism were selected.They were divided into the two groups.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the study group was treated with levothyroxine tablets on this basis.We compared the clinical effects and the incidence of caesarean section and neonatal low body weight.Results：The effective rate of 93.33% in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group of 74.29%.The incidence of caesarean section and neonatal low body weight in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：In the treatment of gestational hypothyroidism,the addition of levothyroxine on the basis of regular diet intervention has a higher therapeutic effect,and can reduce the incidence of cesarean section and neonatal low body weight.
