针灸结合刺络放血治疗慢性自发性荨麻疹的疗效分析

Curative effect analysis of acupuncture combined with bleeding therapy in the treatment of chronic spontaneous urticaria

目的:探讨针灸结合刺络放血治疗慢性自发性荨麻疹(CSU)的疗效。方法:收治CSU患者70例,随机分为两组,每组35例。对照组给予苯海拉明治疗,观察组给予针灸结合刺络放血治疗,对比两组治疗效果、不良事件及复发情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组远期复发率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸结合刺络放血治疗CSU效果显著,安全性高,且远期复发率低。

Objective：To investigate the curative effect of acupuncture combined with bleeding therapy in the treatment of chronic spontaneous urticaria（CSU）.Methods：70 cases of patients with CSU were divided into two groups randomly,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given diphenhydramine treatment,and the observation group was given acupuncture combined with bleeding therapy.The curative effect,adverse events and recurrence between groups were compared.Results：The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The adverse reaction of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The long-term recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Acupuncture combined with bleeding therapy in the treatment of CSU has significant effect,high safety and low rate of long-term recurrence.
