应用保妇康栓治疗老年性阴道炎的有效性分析与研究

Analysis and research on the effectiveness of application of Baofukang suppository in the treatment of senile vaginitis

目的:探讨保妇康栓治疗老年性阴道炎的应用效果。方法:收治老年性阴道炎患者1 200例,分两组。对照组给予替硝唑栓治疗,观察组给予保妇康栓治疗,比较临床疗效及各指标情况。结果:观察组老年性阴道炎控制率高于对照组;观察组阴道异常分泌物、瘙痒、阴道壁充血、白带异常消失时间短于对照组;干预后观察组阴道清洁评级、焦虑心理优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组无不良反应,观察组灼烧感2例,畏寒低热1例。结论:保妇康栓治疗老年性阴道炎的应用效果确切,可改善症状,缩短疗程,提高阴道清洁水平,且无严重不良反应,安全、有效。

Objective：To explore the application effect of Baofukang suppository in the treatment of senile vaginitis.Methods：1 200 cases of senile vaginitis were selected and divided into the two groups.The control group was given tinidazole suppositories treatment.The observation group was given Baofukang suppository treatment.We compared the related indicators.Results：The control rate of geriatric vaginitis in the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The abnormal vaginal discharge,pruritus,hyperemia of vaginal wall,and leucorrhea abnormal disappearing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group.The vaginal cleaning rating and anxiety in the observation group were better than those in the control group after intervation.The differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.There was no adverse reaction in the control group,two patients with burning sensation in the observation group and one case with chills and fever.Conclusion：The application effect of Baofukang suppository in the treatment of senile vaginitis is effective,which can improve the symptoms,shorten the course of treatment,improve the vagina clean level,and with no serious adverse reaction,safe and effective.
