中医辨证治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效评价

Clinical effect of TCM syndrome differentiation in the treatment of chronic ulcerative colitis

目的:探讨中医辨证治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者的临床疗效。方法:收治慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者79例,分为中医辨证组和西医药剂组。西医药剂组采用柳氮磺胺吡碇+甲硝唑+地塞米松治疗,中医辨证组采用中医方剂加减治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:中医辨证组治疗总有效率明显高于西医药剂组(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者的临床疗效显著。

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of TCM syndrome differentiation in the treatment of chronic ulcerative colitis.Methods：79 patients with chronic ulcerative colitis were selected.They were divided into the TCM syndrome differentiation group and the western medicine group.The western medicine group was treated with sulfasalazine plus metronidazole plus dexamethasone.The TCM syndrome differentiation group was treated with TCM syndrome differentiation.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results：The total effective rate of the TCM syndrome differentiation group was significantly higher than that of the western medicine group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical effect of TCM syndrome differentiation in the treatment of chronic ulcerative colitis was significant.
