舒心散加减治疗老年冠心病心绞痛的疗效

Therapeutic effect of modified Shu Xin San in the treatment of angina pectoris in elderly patients with coronary heart disease

目的:探讨舒心散加减治疗老年冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法:收治老年冠心病心绞痛患者148例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用舒心散加减治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率显著优于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:舒心散加减治疗老年冠心病心绞痛的疗效显著,安全性高。

Objective：To explore the therapeutic effect of modified Shu Xin San in the treatment of angina pectoris in elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods：148 elderly patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment.The observation group was treated with modified Shu Xin San.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results：In the observation group,the total effective rate was significantly better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）,and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The therapeutic effect of modified Shu Xin San in the treatment of angina pectoris in elderly patients with coronary heart disease was significant,and the security was high.
