艾滋病合并肺结核的CT征象分析

Analysis of CT signs of AIDS combined with pulmonary tuberculosis

目的:探讨艾滋病合并肺结核患者的CT征象,提高诊断准确率。方法:收治艾滋病合并肺结核患者32例,对患者的CT征象进行分析,总结规律和特点。结果:患者胸部CT图像没有典型特征,较为常见影像特征:(1)部分患者双肺存在不典型血播,同时双肺均存在弥漫粟粒结节影像,并有增厚的广泛间质,有部分影像融合成片状。(2)部分患者存在<2个的肺段片团状实变,同时有极少患者存在干酪坏死影像。(3)部分患者双肺存在毛玻璃影像。(4)部分患者存在双侧胸腔积液,同时合并有心包积液。(5)仅有极少数患者肺部影像存在空洞。结论:艾滋病合并肺结核患者的胸部CT图像具有一定的特征,因此医生应对患者的CT图像认真分析,以便及早发现病情,为患者的治疗争取时间。

Objective：To explore the CT signs of AIDS patients with pulmonary tuberculosis,and to improve the accuracy of diagnosis.Methods：32 cases of AIDS combined with pulmonary tuberculosis were selected.We analyzed the CT signs of the patients and summed up the rules and characteristics.Results：The CT image of the chest of the patient had no typical features,the more common image features included：（1）There was an atypical blood dissemination in the two lungs of some patients;at the same time,there were diffuse miliary nodules in both lungs,with thickened extensive interstitial and partial image fusion.（2）In some patients,there was mass change of mass in the lung segment of less than two;at the same time,there were few patients with caseous necrosis image.（3）Some patients had hair glass images in both lungs.（4）There were bilateral pleural effusions in some patients;at the same time,there was pericardial effusion.（5）Only a few patients had holes in pulmonary imaging.Conclusion：The chest CT images of AIDS patients with pulmonary tuberculosis had some characteristics,therefore,the doctor should carefully analyze the CT image of the patient in order to find the disease early,so as to get the time for the treatment of the patient.
