优质护理服务模式对肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者疾病知识掌握率、治疗依从度及满意度的影响

Influence of high quality nursing service on the knowledge rate,compliance and satisfaction of patients with liver cirrhosis combined with upper gastrointestinal bleeding

目的:分析优质护理模式对肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者治疗依从度、疾病知识掌握率及满意度的影响。方法:收治肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者90例,随机分成两组。对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予优质护理,观察两组治疗依从度、疾病知识掌握率及护理满意度。结果:研究组心理干预、健康教育、护理态度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗依从度、疾病知识掌握度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者给予优质护理服务能有效提高其疾病知识的掌握程度和满意度,对治疗的依从度高。

Objective：To analyze the effect of high quality nursing service on the knowledge rate,compliance and satisfaction of patients with liver cirrhosis combined with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods：90 cases of patients with liver cirrhosis combined with upper gastrointestinal bleeding were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was given routine nursing,and the research group was given high quality nursing.The compliance,the knowledge rate of disease and the satisfaction of nursing between groups were observed.Results：The score of psychological intervention,health education and nursing attitude of the research group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The compliance,the knowledge rate of disease in the research group was higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：High quality nursing service in patients with liver cirrhosis combined with upper gastrointestinal bleeding could improve their knowledge of disease and satisfaction effectively,and had high compliance of treatment.
