Objective:To explore the related factors and nursing countermeasures in operation room for surgical patients with incision infection.Methods:800 patients with surgical treatment were selected. They were divided into the infection group and the non infection group. The clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. Results:The two groups were statistically significant in the nature of operation, the time of operation and with or without visitor during operation(P〈0.05).There was no significant difference in the type of operation(P〉0.05).Conclusion:The nature of operation, the time of operation and with or without visitor during operation were important factors in the operation room for patients with surgical incision infection, strengthening preoperative preparation, doing a good job of disinfection and sterilization, and limiting the flow of personnel in the operating room were the important measures to reduce the incidence of incision infection in the patients.
