手术室护理层级管理在临床实践应用中的效果

The effect of the operation room nursing level management in the application of clinical practice

目的:探究手术室护理层级管理在临床实践应用中的效果。方法:选取在医院工作的护理人员26名,随机平分两组。对照组予以常规护理管理,观察组在此基础上予以护理层级管理,观察并比较效果。结果:观察组理论知识评分和操作评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);且观察组医生、患者和护理人员自身对护理的满意度也显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:利用手术室护理层级管理措施对护理人员进行管理,可以显著提升护理人员的理论知识掌握情况和操作能力,对护理满意度的提升也有重要的意义。

Objective：To investigate the effect of the operation room nursing level management in the application of clinical practice.Methods：26 nurses working in the hospital were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group was given routine nursing management.On the basis of this,the observation group was given the nursing level management.We observed and compared the results.Results：The score of theoretical knowledge and operation score of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The satisfaction of doctors,patients and nurses in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Using operation room nursing level management measures to manage nursing staff can significantly improve nurses’ theoretical knowledge and operation ability,which is also important for the improvement of nursing satisfaction.
