人性化服务与管理在妇幼保健工作中的作用

The role of humanized service and management in the work of maternal and child health care

目的:研究人性化服务与管理在妇幼保健工作中的作用。方法:在妇幼保健工作中推广人性化服务与管理,分析人性化服务与管理在妇幼保健工作中的作用。结果:贫血20例(1.47%);产妇乙肝表面抗原阳性54例(3.51%);剖宫产12.99%;无死亡病例,无孕产妇不良分娩事件;新生儿质量不佳4.93%,分别有低出生体重儿、巨大儿以及早产儿,围产儿死亡率17.96%;5岁以下儿童保健总人数7 666例,身高体重检查结果不良0.94%,贫血儿童0.64%,未见中重度贫血。结论:人性化服务与管理措施的实施,可有效提高妇幼保健工作质量,提高孕产妇分娩质量,减少孕产妇不良事件与新生儿不良事件,整体提升儿童的健康水平。

Objective：To study the role of humanized service and management in the work of maternal and child health care.Methods：In the work of maternal and child health care,humanized service and management are popularized,and the role of humanized service and management in maternal and child health care was analyzed.Results：There were 20 cases of anemia（1.47%）,54 cases of hepatitis B surface antigen positive（3.51%）.The cesarean section was 12.99%,no death cases,no pregnant women with bad childbirth.The poor quality of the newborn was 4.93%,with low birth weight infants,macrosomia,and premature birth,the perinatal mortality was 17.96%.The total number of children under 5 years of age was 7 666,and the poor results of the examination of height and weight were 0.94%,anemia children accounted for 0.64%,with no medium and severe anemia.Conclusion：The implementation of humanized service and management measures can effectively improve the quality of maternal and child health care,improve the quality of maternal delivery,reduce maternal adverse events and neonatal adverse events,and improve children’s health level.
