急性心肌梗死患者应用冠心病康复治疗的可行性分析与研究

The feasibility of coronary heart disease rehabilitation treatment for patients with acute myocardial infarction

目的:探讨急性心肌梗死患者应用冠心病康复治疗的临床疗效。方法:收治急性心肌梗死患者282例,随机分为试验组和对照组。对照组采用常规治疗方法,试验组在对照组基础上加用冠心病康复治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果:试验组生活质量评分和治疗满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:冠心病康复治疗对急性心肌梗死患者的治疗效果显著,能有效提高患者后期的生活质量。

Objective：To explore the effect of coronary heart disease rehabilitation treatment for patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods：282 patients with acute myocardial infarction were selected.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The control group was treated by conventional treatment,and the experimental group was treated with coronary heart disease rehabilitation therapy on the basis of the control group.We compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results：In the experimental group,the quality of life score and the satisfaction of the treatment were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of coronary heart disease rehabilitation treatment for patients with acute myocardial infarction was significant.It can effectively improve the quality of life in the later period of the patient.
