品管圈活动在降低成人静脉留置针非计划性拔除率中的应用

The application of tube circle activity in reducing the unplanned extraction rate of adult venous indwelling needle

目的:探讨品管圈活动在降低成人静脉留置针非计划性拔管率中的应用效果。方法:成立品管圈,通过进行现况调查、原因分析,拟定对策并组织实施。结果:成人静脉留置针非计划性拔除率由活动前的23.3%降至10%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:开展品管圈活动,不仅确保了输液安全,减轻了患者痛苦,同时提高了护理质量,降低了不良事件的发生率。

Objective：To explore the effect of the activity of the tube circle in reducing the unplanned extubation rate of the adult venous indwelling needle.Methods：We set up the product pipe circle,through the current situation investigation,the cause analysis,draw up the countermeasures and organize the implementation.Results：The unplanned extraction rate of adult venous indwelling needle was reduced to 10% from 23.3% before the activity,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Quality control circle activities not only ensure the safety of infusion,relieve the pain of patients,but also improve the quality of nursing and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
