药物治疗联合心理行为疗法治疗儿童及青少年抑郁症的疗效观察

Curative effect observation of drug therapy combined with psychological behavior therapy in the treatment of children and adolescents with depression

目的:探讨儿童及青少年抑郁症患者采取药物治疗结合心理行为疗法的临床效果。方法:收治儿童及青少年抑郁症患者100例,随机分为两组。研究组给予药物结合心理行为疗法治疗,对照组给予药物治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果。结果:研究组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2周、4周以及6周,研究组抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:儿童及青少年抑郁症患者采取药物结合心理行为疗法效果更好。

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of drug therapy combined with psychological behavior therapy in the treatment of children and adolescents with depression.Methods：100 cases of children and adolescents with depression were divided into two groups randomly.The research group was given drug therapy combined with psychological behavior therapy,while the control group was given drug treatment.The clinical effect between the two groups were compared.Results：The total effective rate of the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After two weeks,four weeks and six weeks,the depression score in the research group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical effect of drug therapy combined with psychological behavior therapy in the treatment of children and adolescents with depression was better.
