厄贝沙坦联合氨氯地平对高血压伴糖尿病的治疗效果评析

The treatment effect of hypertension complicated with diabetes mellitus

目的:探讨厄贝沙坦联合氨氯地平对高血压伴糖尿病的治疗效果。方法:收治高血压伴糖尿病患者116例,分为两组。对照组给予氨氯地平治疗,观察组给予厄贝沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗,比较两组干预效果、血压值、血糖值达标天数及干预前后血压、肾功能。结果:观察组干预效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后观察组血压情况、肾功能监测水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组血压值、血糖值达标天数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:厄贝沙坦联合氨氯地平对高血压伴糖尿病的治疗效果确切,可更好地控制血压和血糖,改善肾功能。

Objective：To explore the treatment effect of irbesartan combined with amlodipine in the treatment of hypertension complicated with diabetes mellitus.Methods：116 cases of patients with hypertension complicated with diabetes mellitus were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with amlodipine,and the observation group was treated with irbesartan combined with amlodipine.The intervention effect,the time for normalizing blood pressure level and blood glucose level and blood pressure and renal function before and after intervention were compared between groups.Results：The intervention effect in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After intervention,the monitoring of blood pressure and renal function in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The time for normalizing blood pressure level and blood glucose level in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Irbesartan combined with amlodipine was effective in the treatment of hypertension complicated with diabetes mellitus,which could control the blood pressure and blood glucose better and improve the renal function.
