腹腔镜微创手术治疗80例良性卵巢肿瘤的效果观察

Effect of laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of benign ovarian tumors in 80 cases

目的:探讨腹腔镜微创手术治疗良性卵巢肿瘤的效果。方法:收治良性卵巢肿瘤患者160例,分为对照组和研究组。对照组采用传统开腹手术治疗,研究组采用腹腔镜微创手术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,研究组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、术后肛门排气时间以及临床总有效率均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜微创手术治疗良性卵巢肿瘤的效果显著。

Objective：To explore the effect of laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of benign ovarian tumors.Methods：160 patients with benign ovarian tumors were selected.They were divided into the control group and the study group.The control group was treated with traditional laparotomy,and the study group was treated with laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results：After treatment,in the study group,the operation time,the amount of bleeding,the time of hospitalization,the time of postoperative anus exhaust and the total clinical effective rate were obviously superior to those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of benign ovarian tumors was significant.
